Festive Fashion 2026: 7 Standout Celebrity Looks

Ananya Panday wearing a deep purple Paithani saree with a tube blouse

Festive Fashion 2026 brings an exciting opportunity to experiment with personal style, focusing on details like vibrant colours, dramatic silhouettes, fusion wear, and layers of accessories. Tube blouses have emerged as a prominent trend this season. Ananya Panday demonstrated this style at the Filmfare Awards Marathi 2026 by matching a deep purple Paithani saree with a tube blouse, accessorising with a gold choker, a stack of gold bangles, a ring, and a sleek bun adorned with vibrant flowers. Meanwhile, Sonali Bendre showcased a casual ethnic style by wearing a black lace cami, cropped denims, and a patchwork Ajrakh cropped jacket from Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla, completed with silver stone earrings and a gold-plated stone ring by Tribe Amrapali. For quick festive events, a classic suit remains a reliable choice. Sonam Bajwa opted for an easy and breezy purple suit paired with oxidised jewellery, including silver Parina jhumkis by Tribe Amrapali, oxidised kadas, and silver anklets.

Asymmetrical Styles and White Ensembles

Asymmetrical silhouettes are currently popular, and Alia Bhatt demonstrated this trend by wearing a custom blush pink set from the House of Masaba featuring a V-neck kurta with intricate gold embroidery, matching trousers, and a sheer dupatta, complemented by a statement gold ear chain, a haathphool, and delicate bangles. Additionally, Samantha styled an asymmetrical set by Murnalini Rao, consisting of a heavily embroidered purple top and a satin skirt. All-white ensembles also add a touch of class to festive wardrobes. Keerthy Suresh wore a white saree and accessorised with gold jewellery from Tribe Amrapali, including jhumkis, bangles, and a gold choker.

Fusion Dressing and Traditional Hair Accessories

Fusion dressing offers a mix of western and traditional styles. Sara Ali Khan achieved this by pairing a crisp white shirt and high-waisted trousers featuring silver embellishments with an antique floral and round bead necklace by Tribe Amrapali, which instantly transformed the western outfit into a fusion look. Finally, traditional hair accessories like a paranda can elevate a simple braid or ponytail. Sharvari highlighted this accessory by wearing a vibrant red and blue lehenga, using the paranda to tie her look together for the festive season.
