Both manufacturers have showcased advanced battery technology that delivers an impressive range of up to 800 kilometers on a single charge. These vehicles utilize a sophisticated “800-volt architecture,” allowing them to regain nearly 350 kilometers of range in just 10 minutes of rapid charging.

Beyond the power stats, these EVs introduce a radical shift in interior design. BMW’s “Panoramic Vision” replaces the traditional dashboard with a holographic display that spans the entire width of the lower windscreen. As India continues to expand its EV charging infrastructure, these long-range luxury models are expected to arrive in the domestic market by late 2026, offering a powerful alternative to traditional combustion-engine luxury SUVs.
